* Meet your Spiritual Director at least 10 days in advance to plan the Liturgy

* The final liturgy to be submitted to Spiritual Director, 1 week in advance along with names of readers

* Train new readers. The Practice session of the appointed lectors  will be taken by the Lector Cell Core Team. 

* Incase community has no lectors pls consult the Lector Cell Core Team

* Encourage Youth to serve as Altar Servers. (they can use capes instead of the altar server dress)

* Make the Liturgy creative and meaningful.

* Inform Community members well in advance and ask them to occupy the front pews

* You may have an offertory procession.

* In an event the date has to be changed, you will be alloted an alternate date.
