B. Mobile App & Authentication
- Mobile phone numbers used for secure OTP verification.
- Digital Parishioner ID card verification tokens.
- Device platform (iOS/Android) and app version for maintenance updates.
- Push notification device tokens for liturgical announcements.
C. Stewardship, Offerings & Intentions
- 1% Community Tithe contributions and family accounting ledgers.
- Mass Intention dates, times, intention types (Thanksgiving, Soul, Intentions).
- Parish donation causes (e.g., St. Vincent de Paul Poor Aid, Church Upkeep).
- Payment references & transaction IDs from authorized payment gateways.
D. Pastoral Care & Homebound Visits
- Requests for Sick & Homebound Holy Communion visitations.
- Patient names, residential landmarks, contact person numbers.
- Anointing of the Sick & Sacramental Confession requirements.
3. Purpose and Use of Data
The collected data is strictly utilized for religious, pastoral, charitable, and administrative purposes of Sacred Heart Church:

- Official Receipts & Accounting: Generating canonical single-copy acknowledgement receipts for 1% Tithes, Mass stipends, and church donations for parish audit compliance.
- Parish Communications: Sending urgent liturgical schedules, Feast Day notices, and Catholic Bible Diary spiritual reflections.
4. Payment Processing & Financial Security
We Do Not Store Card or Banking Credentials
All digital transactions on the portal and mobile app (1% Tithes, Mass Intentions, Donations) are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway using end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption. Sacred Heart Church does not collect, view, or store credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on its servers.
Razorpay is compliant with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.
5. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure
We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or commercialize your personal information to third parties or advertising networks under any circumstances.
Personal data is accessible strictly to the Parish Clergy, SVD Priests, and authorized parish office staff under strict duty of confidentiality. Information may only be shared with ecclesiastical superiors in the Archdiocese of Bombay or law enforcement authorities when mandated by applicable law.

We employ robust technical and organizational security measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:
- Secure HTTPS / TLS cryptographic protocols across web and mobile endpoints.
- Time-limited, 4-digit OTP (One-Time Password) authentication for mobile sign-in.
- Role-based permissions limiting access to sacramental and financial databases.
- Encrypted automated backups and secure cloud infrastructure.

- Review their household family census details and sacramental records.
- Request corrections of outdated contact numbers, email addresses, or residential information.
- Access past payment acknowledgement receipts for 1% tithes and Mass stipends.
